About Chris
Three decades of work with Green Ginger has taken Chris all over the world and he feels honoured to be leading the company into its fifth decade. Outside of the company, he has directed productions for Tobacco Factory Theatres, Scamp and Travelling Light. Chris has also worked as a director, designer and consultant to Lyric Opera Chicago, Kneehigh, Invisible Ink, Teatr Iolo, Royal & Derngate, Opera di Roma, Teatro di Communale Bologna, Welsh National Opera, Canadian Opera Company, San Francisco Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Bristol Old Vic and Norwegian National Opera.

About Martin
Martin Bonger is artistic director of Move to Stand where he works as a writer and performer. He is currently working with Salisbury Playhouse on Move to Stand’s third show Messenger. He is a core member of The Plasticine Men, with whom he co-created Keepers, There Shall be Fireworks and Engine Break. He regularly collaborates with NIE whose production of Beauty and the Beast recently returned from a New York transfer. Martin has devised shows with Complicité, Concert Theatre, Wonderful Beast and Lost and Found, and has worked on numerous plays for Radio 4.

“I play the host - who has an intronaut working inside his body - as you do, right?... My character is trying hard to avoid work and discover the joy in his life. He makes me think a bit of the classic Charlie Chaplin or Buster Keaton clown struggling with everything...”
About Emma
Emma creates performances for diverse audiences working collaboratively across art forms. Her roles range from Director, Facilitator Dramaturge and Writer. She has regular co-created shows for Pickled Image including “Wolf Tales” “Shop of Little Horrors “and “Woodland Tales” and for Vic Llewelyn “The Castle Builder “and “A Little Death”. Productions now touring include “Baba’s Song” by In Our Hands and “We are Lightening by Sam Halmarack and Joseph O’Farrell.
Emma’s role in Intronauts
”I directed the first version of Intronauts and directed and redeveloped the story for the second version. It is one of the most ambitious and exciting directing jobs I have worked on. The challenge was to integrate the gorgeous projections made by Emma Windsor, original score by Simon Preston into live action.”
About Jessica
Jessica is a theatre maker and movement director. She trained on the 2 year professional course at l’école internationale de theatre de Jacques Lecoq in Paris and has since collaborated with theatre companies and theatres across Europe (Trigger Theatre, Horizontal Vertical,CieJuscomama, La Villlete, Obtus Obus, Wet Picnic, 38cit). Jessica is passionate about using theatre process and performance as a platform and tool for social change. She has written and created original work for schools and theatres in the UK and abroad and is currently collaborating with inmates at HMPS Leicester to create a theatre and music performance piece. Film and television collaborations include Abel and Gordon, Liberty Bell Productions, BBC and Canal +.
